Leica R8/DMR, 60 mm Macro Elmarit

Great shot…. while I remember, I am wondering whether my R8/DMR combo will enable me to use a leica SF58 flash with it , and will the flash work in all modes (TTL, auto, manual..) Appreciate if you advise
