Symbols of death our constant companions /
during lunch with daughter and granddaughter at Los Paisa.
Followed by beach combing and bird watching, /
locating Mystery Lake, a muskrat, a falcon, a baker’s half dozen other species… /
and pockets full of “special” stones and maybe some stories /
