To tell a story. To illustrate. To explain.\u00a0To say, &#8220;Look what I saw.&#8221; To learn more about &#8220;this or that.&#8221;\u00a0To share. To show\u2014as proof.\u00a0We&#8217;re fascinated by, and need to explore, visual compositions as a means of self expression. \u2026music for the eyes \u2026visual poems.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">We use black and white when we feel a need to\u00a0express\u00a0our love for\u00a0lines, textures, patterns, shapes, and forms drawn by shadows and highlights.\u00a0\u2026when our vision demands a\u00a0rich tonality.\u2026when color would only serve as a distraction. The\u00a0same\u00a0reasons we reach for any other pigmented medium; whether paints, colored pencils, dyes, or\u00a0pastel chalks.
