Gratitude for: life; love, family and friends; fresh food, water and shelter.<\/p>\n

On the 17th Ann gifted me with a beautiful bowl; with which to continue exploring the “one bowl method;” on yet another aesthetic level.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Filling this beautiful bowl\u00a0with Ann’s spiced pretzels, seedless grapes and almonds, this morning,
\npresented such a superb flavor combination\u00a0in such a visually beautiful way ~ that my eyes filled with\u00a0tears of joyful gratitude.<\/p>\n

We spent that September 17th day strolling the streets of Cedarburg
\nand generally enjoying a day full of sights, sounds, smells, tastes and chocolate.<\/p>\n

The next day Ann presented me with a lovely turtle amulet to mark my returning to sunlit joy.
\n(seen here in the bottom of the bowl after finishing today’s brunch) Lovely!<\/p>\n

Then this past Wednesday Tanya gifted me with an hour long walk along the Menomonee River;<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

followed by a leisurely lunch;
\nand a bit of cash\u00a0which allowed me to purchase a Lodge cast iron dutch oven;
\nin which to bake\u00a0this totally successful,\u00a0no-knead, sour dough bread yesterday.<\/p>\n
