\u2026on the last day of the exhibit, this past Sunday, aptly titled
\nVan Gogh to Pollock \u2014 Modern Rebels.
\n<\/a>Anyone who attended Art School in the Sixties and Seventies
\nwould certainly appreciate this intense, succinct, little\u00a0collection;
\nwhich\u00a0provides a strong synopses without overwhelming.
\nThough I did feel a bit underwhelmed by the POP and after collection;
\nand thirsting a bit for 80s to present;
\nin other words \u2014 I was immersed \u2014 and then it was over too soon.<\/p>\n

A gorgeous Sunday afternoon at the very\u00a0remarkable Milwaukee Art Museum.<\/p>\n

In a room devoted, to some extent, to deconstructing color
\nthis young woman appeared to have dressed for the sculpture.<\/p>\n

I spent an entire semester studying Arshile Gorky; and decades\u00a0in love with his lines<\/p>\n

See what I mean? The Walking Man IS everywhere.<\/p>\n

Profoundly powerful architecture; designed with the intention
